Willans is the best law firm I have ever had the pleasure of instructing. The conveyancing team, particularly Héloïse made the entire process about as enjoyable as moving house can be. The team was constantly on top of my case, sending relevant and frequent emails and not overwhelming me with too much information- I never felt the need to chase them for information. Héloïse answered all my questions promptly and showed real care for my case, I felt extremely comfortable letting her do her job knowing she would contact me where necessary. She did so well to manage and get the right information from difficult conveyancing teams that our buyers and sellers were using. You could tell within the chain that Willans was the highest quality of conveyancing team. To sum up my experience with Willans in a few words would be: high class, respectful and trustworthy. I shall definitely be using them again in the future and would recommend them to everyone I know.
