I have only just realised I didn't leave a review after a house move that took place in April last year. The fact still stands that we were incredibly happy with the service provided by Marcus Beavis and his team. They were responsive to all our questions and resolved all concerns in a timely manner. We went from our buyers viewing to us moving in nine weeks and this is largely down to the diligent and timely work performed by the team.
I am hoping we don't need to move again any time soon but, if we did, I would have no concerns with using Thackray Williams again.

First Class!
Marcus & his team have been nothing short of amazing! The thing we loved was with previous solicitors trying to contact them has been near on impossible! Marcus & team would take the time to speak with you on the phone and dispense genuine advise! Nothing was ever too much trouble and we were made to feel very valued. We would have no hesitation on using Thackray Williams again and we will be more than happy to recommend to family and friends.

Excellent collaboration
We decided to go with them at a developer's recommendation, and we weren't disapointed.
We had both a property buy and a sale to do, and the support given throughout the whole process was excellent. We had some hiccups along the way, which were dealt with very professionally.
I totally recommend TW and I will deffinitely work with them again, if needed.

Sale and Purchase - Excellent service
I can not praise Marcus and Lauren enough. The communication was great, everything was really quick and Marcus was always there with professional and practical advise. Marcus really helped to make a very stressful situation less so.
I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him when I move in future.

Excellent communication, cannot fault
Marcus and Lauren were amazing when we went through the process of buying our house with them. The communication was always brilliant and I never waiting more than an hour for a response to an email. Would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend as this was not the service we had received from other solicitors in the past.

Excellent response time and guidance
This is the first time I bought a house and the solicitor (Marcus Beavis) and his legal assistant Lauren were excellent. I have heard many of my friends experience with other solicitor firms and they would always complain about not getting timely responses and always having to chase. I had the complete opposite experience with Thackray Williams. Every email/query was replied to within a few hours and every call returned on the same day. All my queries and questions were replied to with sound advice and guidance. The team at Thackray Williams has been great!

We recently had the opportunity to employ the services of Thackray Williams Solicitors, with the purchase of our new build property. Rest assured, this company is vey efficient and totally professional. They were always at hand to answer our questions and we were always updated throughout our purchase. Our solicitor Marcus and his assistant Lauren were absolutely awesome - what a team! We can’t thank them enough for all their professional help and steering us through the maze when buying a new build, making it easier. Moving home
What a very pleasant experience it has been dealing with Marcus and his team at Thackray Williams.
Moving is a very stressful time and I can only say how helpful Marcus has been with keeping me informed and up to date with everything that was going on .
Nothing was too much trouble and if I was unsure about anything he spent the time to explain. I never felt like I was being rushed .
I would thoroughly recommend using Thackray Williams and if you can get Marcus and his team , in my case it was Lauren ( thank you too Lauren) you won’t go far wrong!
