I cannot commend David Clarke and the team at Biscoes (Port Solent office) highly enough for their exceptional work on the sale of our house. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Communication was flawless throughout. We were never left in the dark about any aspect of our house sale; Mr Clarke was incredibly proactive, answering all our emails promptly, often within a couple of hours and usually within minutes, keeping us updated at every critical milestone. This level of transparency made what is usually a very stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Highly recommended and am very happy to have instructed the same team to represent us in our ongoing subsequent house purchase.
