This was our first visit to Howells Solicitors and we have been very impressed with our experience. The Receptionist was welcoming and friendly and our first appointment with our Solicitor Lindsey Rawson was to update our existing wills. Lindsey explained clearly and comprehensively what the process would be, and asked us a series of background and more information to inform the updating of our wills. Lindsey was professional and very patient with all the questions we had, explaining our options and potential implications clearly and helpfully. Our initial meeting was around an hour and we came away happy that we had chosen Howells. Very soon afterwards, Lindsey sent our draft wills and other related documentation into the client portal and provided us with the information we needed to login and access them online for checking. When the final drafts were ready for signing we had a follow up appointment with Lindsey in the Howells office, where she talked us through the finalised wills point by point to ensure we understood all of the detail and that we were happy to finalise them with signatures. I have already recommended Lindsey Rawson at Howells to a family member who also needs to do an updated will. We were very impressed and felt in good hands from beginning to end. Thank you

From start to finish, my case was dealt with in a very professional and sensitive manner. Communication from Howells was friendly, efficient and nothing short of brilliant. I can not recommend Howell’s highly enough and particularly Lindsey Rawson. We have dealt with her in several occasions and as well as being very professional she was very kind, caring and helpful!
