Honestly I can�t thank Jasmin enough! Before I even got wind of any issues she was already on it. She always on top of everything! Amphlett Lissimore handled both our house sale and the purchase of our new home. The new house purchase proved particularly challenging approaching completion and Jasmin in particular worked very hard to ensure a successful & timely result.

This was a very stressful transaction as was selling a property and buying a new build. All stress of which was caused by my buyer not understanding the process at all or his solicitor either. Jasmin did an amazing job and put in a lot of time trying to explain the process to my buyers solicitor. She also had to drop everything at the last minute to exchange late on a Monday as the buyers solicitor did not confirm exchange until 4.40pm! Thanks so much for all her help.
