Katie specialises in non-contentious property transactions including both commercial and residential real estate work. Katie joined DMH Stallard’s Brighton office after working for 12 years at a bespoke property law firm in Brighton. Having qualified as a solicitor in March 2006, she has extensive experience of all types of non-contentious residential and commercial real estate transactions. These include commercial landlord and tenant, lease renewals, deeds of surrender, assignment, sales, purchases, remortgages and refinance. Many of Katie’s commercial clients instructed her for their first lease when they began their start-ups and then return as their businesses grow and flourish.     The quotes will be higher than other conveyancers but it is worth it for not having any hassle at all (that number is also a true number not a guess that changes like other firms). Katie always had a knack of emailing me exactly when I would think "I should really send Katie an email asking for an update" which made the whole process a lot less stressful.
