I had a stupendously awesome experience with all members of the team who patiently took me through the process from the beginning of the initial contact when I called to make an appointment to the final phase of the interviewing process. At the main core and putative stage it was prodigiously herculean and traumatising but I was made to feel at home and the right questions were asked and my responses were courteously cautious and there was no fear nor irredeemable worries felt at any stage. There is a monumental and overwhelming passion to help clients and I am grateful for the work done for me.

Due to unexpected circumstances I found myself having to conclude the contract agreement for my enhanced voluntary redundancy in the space of only two days, and initially struggled to find solicitors who were able to help me and understood the urgency. Anna Kuckova, the solicitor Poole Alcock found for me, was extraordinarily helpful and efficient - she saw me in an online meeting the next day, and the agreement went through satisfactorily on the following day. I have been in the property business for over 30 years, and I have used various solicitor firms from London to Edinburgh. However I have never come across such professional, helpful, and efficient solicitors such as Anna and Elinor. They provided me with a wonderful service and were caring towards my needs. They re-wrote the articles of my company and went over and beyond to sort my issues out. They also did a PG certificate. These 2 ladies are the jewel in the crown of your firm and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. If I was looking at employing solicitors myself, I wouldn't hesitate in giving these 2 ladies a job.
