Helped with my grandmother in a very short timeframe, which has been greatly appreciated for peace of mind. Charles Smalley was professional and incredibly patient. He ensured that everything was done lawfully and even challenged some ideas, just to make sure things were being done correctly to true wishes. He came across as very trustworthy.

Excellent Firm
I would highly recommend Poole Alcock, such a friendly receptionist who gave a great first impression.
The fees were given up front so we knew exactly how much we needed to budget. We did LPA's and mirror wills and the whole process was smoothly run and completed quickly.
A professional and efficient firm to deal with.

Will Update
I was widowed 18 months ago and had been putting off reviewing my will.
I contacted Poole Alcock as I have used their services before, from start to finish I felt well informed and appreciated the support provided. It has put my mind at rest.
