Helped with my grandmother in a very short timeframe, which has been greatly appreciated for peace of mind. Charles Smalley was professional and incredibly patient. He ensured that everything was done lawfully and even challenged some ideas, just to make sure things were being done correctly to true wishes. He came across as very trustworthy.

Pleased with the outcome
I cannot fault the service and advice I was given. I am pleased with the outcome. I may have done this cheaper over the internet, but I felt a reputable company would be worth the extra money, and offer peace of mind.
I would like to thank Charles and would certainly recommend him and use Poole Alcock for any future matters.

My Final Will
My Solicitor, Charles Smalley was very knowledgeable to draw up a Will to satisfy my present needs and future circumstances. Mr Smalley and his assistant Jack dealt with my personal family problem with a satisfactory solution, that I am more than happy with.

Great service
My Stepdad engaged with Poole Alcock when he received the awful news he only had a few weeks to live after battling cancer, Charles was fantastic and travelled to Christie’s to help him with his will. Communication from Charles was regular and consistent and the team were very helpful following my stepdads passing only a week later.
