I found every one I spoke to helpful, professional, respectful and courteous. They gave me consideration when I was out of the country by emailing rather than phone calls do I wouldn't get extra charges. They also agreed to charge the amount my company would cover. I would recommend them.

Having recently contacted Poole Alcock regarding a matrimonial problem I found the staff to be very helpful and professional which was exactly what i needed.
