Initial call

Jane Jacques was very understanding and sympathetic when we spoke. She is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a way that was relevant to my circumstances. She clearly explained the process and likely costs involved and was a great help in helping me see the best way forward from here. I found the free initial consultation invaliable.

I cannot recommend them enough

I got to collaborate with Poole Alcock through the recommandation made to me by my solicitor. I was told that Poole Alcock are top Employment experts and are very professional.

My solicitor wasn't wrong at all. In fact I can say that my expectations have been indeed exceeded.

I had a complex case of a Tribunal claim with the employer offering a settlement.

From the very first contact with Poole Alcock, I could immediately notice the professional approach of the people I interacted with. And I was given the confidence that they understood my sensitive situation and that I am in safe hands with them.

The engagement from their end has been trully exceptional.

It's been such a privilledge to get to know Jamie Riseley and to benefit from his expertise on my case.

Jamie is an absolute pleasure to work with. He knows Employment Law inside and out. He was very accomodating to my disability. And he kindly took the time to cover with me in detail all the settlement aspects so that I can easly understand it. He proposed changes, clearly explained those to me, and made those where necessary to ensure that my best interests are protected. And he kindly answered all of my questions.

The next steps in the process followed smoothly with the signature of the settlement.

I can easly say that Jamie made the very stressful matter with my employer seamleass to me.

The whole process was very efficient and the experience was indeed superior. I cannot recommend Poole Alcock enough!

Thank you Jamie, Kelly, and Amber for your help with my case!

Review of Eve Bright

Having just had an offer accepted as a first time buyer was both exciting and daunting. Hiring solicitors felt like yet another rabbit-hole that we did not understand. After one phone call with Eve I felt confident, at ease and comfortable. I'm very much looking forward to working with this company.
