Very seamless process!

Reached out to Poole Alcock to deal with my redundancy agreement. Very easy process from filling out details, getting a call to take basic information the next day and then booking in a Zoom call to go through the agreement. I moved my case from a failing and 'money hungry' law firm and I was apprehensive at the beginning of my contact Poole and Alcock LLP. However, the professional and considerate approach of the team immediately endeared me to Helen and her team. At that point I realised I had made an excellent move! I had several opportunities to meet Helen as and when required and where necessary and not for the money, an experience I had endured with the other solicitor / law firm. Helen made a point of explaining key points of my journey as well making sure I understood critical legal jargon and implications of any decisions I made along the way. To be honest she literally had my interest(s) at heart and this is not a cliche! I am pleased to say with Helen and her team of exceptional ladies, I was bouyant and buried my sadness / misery from the previous experience I had had with the other law firm. Me and my Wife Recently updated our wills and was advised to register LPAs to ensure things were in place should either of us need assistance in the future.

I had a telephone consultation with Dan Brooks, a partner in the litigation team. He provided excellent advice which took on board all of the facts as I had explained them, he put my mind at reast about the matter and eased my anxiety over what has been a difficult time for me. He clearly explained the pros and cons of further action and explained the fees and next steps should I wish to instruct. Rather than press me to go ahead, he advised that on balance, I shouldn't. I think that other firms may well have advised a costly but pointless exercise in interest of their bottom line. Thanks Dan!
