Although I was initially hesitant about not using a local solicitor, choosing them was one of the best decisions we made. A huge thank you to Kate and her team, who was fantastic throughout our house purchase. She was professional, responsive, and kept us updated every step of the way. The communication was excellent, everything was explained clearly, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. We completed on our home much quicker than we thought possible.
