I cannot fault the service and advice I was given. I am pleased with the outcome. I may have done this cheaper over the internet, but I felt a reputable company would be worth the extra money, and offer peace of mind.

I was well treated from initial contact to resolution. At every stage I was treated with respect and dignity. All matters of delicacy and privacy were handled with great discretion
The legal advice was clearly explained with all options explained and merits of each option laid out concisely.
I felt at all times my own opinion was sought and respected and, once decisions were taken, they were implemented effectively.
All in all as good an experience as could be expected.

The team managed what turned out to be a messy conveyance due to having to change property we were purchasing and very short timescale required by the buying chain. This was further complicated by a very slow sellers conveyancer. James and his team worked really hard to make things move and support us through a very difficult time.

Having recently contacted Poole Alcock regarding a matrimonial problem I found the staff to be very helpful and professional which was exactly what i needed.
