Poole Alcock couldn't have been better. From my initial phone call they set up a date to meet with my solicitor in a day or two, providing me with all the information I needed in a clear manner. My solicitor was very knowledgeable and took me through the necessary legal process step by step explaining everything on the way. Throughout, my solicitor responded very quickly to any queries and answered all of them in a clear, kind and supportive manner.
