Ian joined the Court of Protection Department at Mullis & Peake in March 2024. Prior to joining Mullis & Peake, Ian has worked in various departments in two Local Authorities since 1985. Since the implementation of the Mental Capacity Act in 2007, he had managed a team responsible for Court of Protection Deputyship and Public Authority Funerals. Ian has a degree in Psychology and attended Froebel College, University of London. Hailing from Sunderland, he recommends a visit for the sandy beach and the scenery of Northumberland and Weardale.
