Deborah and her team at Washington Galleries worked extremely diligently and acted decisively to get the sale of our property over the line. There were a number of potential complications with the sale which McKenzie Bell's team managed to navigate in a calm and timely manner. Considering all of the extra work that needed to be done in terms of conveyancing to reach completion, once the house was sold, we were also very pleasantly surprised by the size of our bill when it arrived. Deborah Dixon and her team (Joyce, Isabella, Andrea and the rest of the admin team) were thoroughly professional and determined during the conveyancing of my property despite several setbacks including the first buyer pulling out after 5 months and delays with the second buyer. Despite this, they all went above and beyond to get this over the line. I was kept informed at every stage of the process and I would not hesitate in recommending this firm to anyone requiring any of their legal services. This was the second time I had used Mckenzie Bell Solicitors at Washington regarding a property purchase, and you won’t find a better solicitor in the North-East of England. Mckenize Bell looked after the sale of my property but also the purchase of my new property at the same time.
