Very easy to talk to on my first visit to the office, I was kept in the loop with all that was occuring, during what I thought was a difficult transaction, it was no trouble to McKenzie Bell to phone and email myself with updates and clear advice. A completely hassle free procedure to manage the emotionally difficult situation of dealing with a loved ones estate. George was easy to deal with and communicated in plain English as not to bog us down with legal jargon
