Do not use this firm
I employed Allen Hooleto represent me and unfortuately it was the worst decision i have ever made. They lied at worst or at the very least gace me very bad legal advice when i first met them which resulted in a Longer sentence than i would have expected to have got. They wil never get back to you in a timely fashion and you have to email them constantly to get any response from them. Even then i was told different things by seperate Solicitotrs within the firm. They lost contact detalks of Keys witnessess on several occasons failed to meet 3 court deadlines ad that off by saying we have plenty of time don't worry about them. For someone who has never gone through this process it is very concerning and not reassuring at all. Dianne Hays the Solicitor at the frm who has the respinsibility to try and resolve any client issues is so protective of her firm wil not even listen to anything. For example I asked to be called gave them a deadline of 3 weeks to call me they did not I emailed them asking why. I get a call 10am on Monday which I couldn't take arrange to speak to them the next day at 10am but hear nothing from them for another 10days until again i email them asking whats going on then i get a call becuase i CC'd in everyone in the firm sayng how bad they were. Advice - Poor Profesionalism - Woefuly Poor Business Proceedures - not sure they have any in place at all. Please please do not use this firm if you want to be satisfied or confident in anything.
