Excellent first class service
I was unlucky to be charged with a cannabis DUI, but extremely fortunate that the duty solicitor assigned to me was Sam Stevens from Allen Hoole Ltd. He immediately gave me confidence, explained the situation clearly, and advised me to plead not guilty. My case was then taken over by Robyn Rowland, who was absolutely outstanding. He handled every detail with skill and determination, and thanks to his hard work, we won the case and I kept my licence. I would not hesitate to use Allen Hoole again, whether for defence or for actions against the police. Their legal expertise is exceptional, but just as importantly, they are kind, supportive, and genuinely a pleasure to deal with. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

After being disappointed by a previous legal firm, I transferred my case to Allen Hoole and never once felt unsure or unsupported. Ned Kemp represented me at my first hearing and Mark Linehan at sentencing. Both were professional, reassuring, and genuinely cared about my case. Mark also introduced himself to my family in court and made a real effort to put us at ease. He was calm, empathetic, and clearly worked hard to secure the best possible outcome.
