    Good solicitor

    Professional but straight talking, told me the rough amount and how things would unfold, not used a solicitor before but was recommended, Louise would always get back to me or get someone to contact me when she was in court etc. I wanted someone straight talking who could talk to me on my level so I could understand what was going on and not just the terminology used by experts.

    Housing dispute

    I came to Louise for help regarding moving forward with the sale of my house due to a breakdown in communication with my ex. Within a few months Louise and her dedicated team soon got the ball rolling and after a few stern letters on my behalf my home is now finally up for sale. I couldn't fault Louise and her team they were very clear and prompt in what was going to happen.     Louise has been amazing these past two years support me fighting in court over my son. She has guided me and explained everything to me when I couldn’t understand things. She’s supported me when no one would and have me the best advice in making the right decisions for not only my child but for me too. 2 years she has been my solicitor and hopefully I won’t need her anymore and I’ll be very sad however I know that I’m in the best position now with contact for my son and his dad thanks to Louise. She listened to me and worded things better for me when I couldn’t articulate my feelings and sign posted me in the right directions. The sympathy and compassion when I had my accident half way through proceedings and understanding how I was feeling and how this impacted my views was so easy thanks to Louise and her secretary Lynn too. Her support was amazing. I just want to say a massive massive massive Thankyou to Louise for all her hard work these past two years and being so patience and resilient with me as I know I probably wasn’t the easiest person to deal with.
