Cathryn deals with a wide range of complex private client and contentious probate disputes including, but not limited to, validity disputes, undue influence claims, Beddoe applications, executor/trustee disputes, 1975 Act claims and disputes surrounding the assets within the estate. Cathryn has worked for Executors/Trustees and beneficiaries alike, including private individuals and charities. She is personable and empathetic. Cathryn is also a Trustee of Cherry Trees, a local charity providing home-from-home respite care for children and young adults with complex disabilities.
