I AM AN ASSOCIATE SOLICITOR IN THE CORPORATE COMMERCIAL TEAM BASED IN THE BATH OFFICE. I specialise in corporate transactional work largely for private companies and have done since qualifying as a solicitor in 2015. I have experience in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters and I assist our clients with anything from company incorporations, constitutional work, shareholders’ agreements and general corporate advisory work right through to strategic acquisitions and successful exits. My aim is to provide clients with personable commercial advice without legal jargon to help them achieve their desired outcome and to develop long-lasting client relationships. Away from the office, travelling plays a large part in my personal life, especially as my immediate family are based in Asia. In my spare time I am usually planning my next adventure to tick another destination off the bucket list.
