Karen Goulding

Karen was a pleasure to deal with. Very often dealing with lawyers can be quite an ordeal, what with all the legal jargon and how many in her profession somewhat lack for a personality. Not so Karen. She was always able to explain what was needed and going on in clear, simple terms, and on top of that, she delivered on what she said she would, when she said she would. What made her especially reassuring to deal with was the friendly and informal manner with which she dealt with my brother, sister-in-law and I. It made us feel at ease, and as a consequence, we never felt concerned or impatient to be done with everything. With all this in mind, we cannot recommend her services highly enough to anyone who is need of sound legal advice on whichever matter it may be.

A huge thank you to Karen Goulding for everything over the last 18 months or so, after the passing of our Mother. As executor of the will, I envisaged a complicated job ahead. However, Karen was absolutely amazing always answering my questions promptly and never using ‘legal jargon’ which helped me to understand the whole will/probate process easily which made the extremely challenging times easier to bear.
