When my autistic son was suspended from work, we felt he had been treated unfairly in the workplace because of his disability and needed help and advice from a specialist employment lawyer. Consilia Legal were highly recommended to me.
I dealt with both Marie and Vicky and I can honestly say they were both amazing. They were both very professional and caring.
Initially, I was worried that I would find speaking to a solicitor confusing and complicated but they simplified things so I was able to gain a better understanding of employment law.
Vicky then delt with my son’s case and I felt we built a very good relationship. She was so easy to talk to and I found her very approachable, which made me feel very comfortable.
Because of my son’s disability, our aim was to seek a quick and satisfactory resolution rather than a lengthy, damaging conflict. Vicky was always there to advise me on the best course of action to resolve the dispute as quickly as possible and to help us achieve a positive outcome (which we did).

Excellent Service
We could not of asked for a better service and understanding. Through the trauma of an unwanted work issues which related in us contacting Consilia Legal Leeds Ltd. Fast and efficient Redundancy advice

Employment advice
I would like to thank Victoria for the support and understanding that she displayed whilst handling my requirements.
Options were explained clearly which helped me understand the detail thus allowing me to make a decision that I was confident and comfortable with.
She was extremely flexible, working around a time difference on occasions. She responded to all communication quickly and efficiently.

Amazing advice and excellent service from Victoria.
I first received some legal advice from Victoria 2 to 3 years ago, and the advice was completely free and extremely helpful and set me on exactly the right path. Now later down the line when I needed some further advice in regards to the same employer, I went straight back to consilla legal and spoke to Victoria. She had helped me so well in the past there was no question of who to go to this time around. She’s been absolutely amazing she’s guided me through everything that I needed to do and say and she’s helped me to get the outcome that I wanted and just her presents her knowledge and expertise from both her and Keiron have made me feel so comfortable and so relaxed in what is an extremely difficult and stressful time, and if I ever had any issues in the future, I would absolutely go straight back to consilla legal again.
