I called a few times to enquire and never felt pressured into starting the legal process I needed to do. From the very beginning Consilia legal have provided an excellent and proactive service. They have been extremely professional and have been approachable throughout my case. While in the end we did not need to proceed with the mediation process for a review of an existing and long-standing Consent Order, the initial meeting and discussions exploring the issues and desired outcomes was extremely useful. The team at Consilia were very professional and easy to talk to, especially as some subjects are inevitably contentious.
I would recommend Consilia if you are looking for a mediation service.

In what can only be described as the most difficult periodof my life, Laura provided initial advice which she considered to be the best course of action for my situation. Unusually this did not mean that her advice was to instruct her immediately and incur legal fees but to try another, more amicable, option. Really helpful.

Consilia Legal, and Marie in particular, have helped me a number of times with thorough and caring legal advice. This last time she helped me negotiate my way out of a difficult work situation.
As a result of her candid advice I was able to:
a) Leave amicably by resigning
b) Secure 3 months pay in lieu of notice
c) Obtain written confirmation a standard reference would be provided
Wonderful work as always and much appreciated!
I would add there was a detailed plan in place should an amicable separation not have been possible, but this was not needed in the end due to the aforementioned candour. Always best to find an amicable solution.
