I have been in the UK since 2019 and since then, all of my visa application matters have been through OTB Legal. I have found the team supportive and very professional, also helping when things were quite stressful. I have had an incident a few years ago whereby the Home Office made a severe mistake with my visa, and the OTB Legal team managed to get things resolved in a speedy manner directly with the Home Office. For my Indefinite Leave to Remain, I had the pleasure of dealing with Bridget, who was lovely and professional just like her colleagues. I am currently in my third trimester for my first child - needless to say I did not want to add extra stress with this visa application! Bridget was of great comfort and ensured that everything was dealt within the appropriate timeframes, making the whole experience stress-free. I will forever be grateful for all of the support and help received from OTB Legal.

Well I'm actually lost for words as I write this review of Bridget. This Nigerian lady has humbled me . She has just done a successful FLR Fee Waiver for my Husband. I suffer at times with my mental health and a disability and found the paperwork rather overwhelming and challenging but Bridget always encouraged me and supported me and kept me going when at times I felt like giving up. She wrote us an amazing cover letter even on a day when she didn't feel well herself. I could always phone her, she always answered my calls or rang me back. So I thank this lovely woman from the bottom of my heart. I would gladly recommend her to anyone and would give her 12 stars out of 10.
