Move from Northampton
We are so pleased with BMTC Law who handled our move from Northampton area. It became a very slow and stressful move (due to other parties), but we were always kept fully in touch by the BMTC team. The actual completion went really smoothly and we received all the necessary phone calls and e-mails to enable us to move without any problems. We would highly recommend BMTC Law. We would only suggest one improvement at the very start of the process. When providing our Photo ID at the start, it would have been nice to meet (face to face) one of the team. Having said that, the team were on the ball and gave us all the information we needed to complete our home move - and sent us a lovely "Welcome to your New Home card), whihc was much appreciated.

Professional and personal
After nearly 12 months of ups and downs including a failed move we finally exchanged contracts on our next move. There were many instances that were stressful but time and again Jordan put our minds at rest and explained things in a professional manner yet clear enough for us to understand.
BMTC law have been great throughout the process and we are eternally thankful for the way our recent case has been handled, chased and pushed to get the result we do badly wanted

Conveyancing experience feedback
Jordan acted for me on a property sale. There were frequent frustrating moments during the transaction with the buyer and their solicitor. Jordan dealt with everything efficiently and professionally throughout. She communicates well. There was always good coverage of the file if she was away from the office too which was helpful. I would thoroughly recommend Jordan and her colleagues at BMTC LLP

Remortgage and Help to Buy Redemption
The whole experience with Jordan and BMTC has been faultless. Despite some outside delays with Help to Buy and the Management Company for my property Jordan ensured that my remortgage and HTB redemption were completed within the deadlines. Jordan and her assistant Jaime were both efficient and clear communicators and made the experience as smooth as it could be.

First time buyers
