I can’t recommend Carol Behan and her team enough. They have worked on my behalf three or four times over 20 years and on every occasion they have more than delivered. They don’t just get it over the line!, you can feel them pull every party up to the line too. They give constant communication and advice to you as their client, but above all you don’t feel like their client!, you feel part of their 1st class team, working for you and with you.

I found Kim & Carol to be very helpful, friendly & supportive during my first ever house sale. They were especially good when unexpected problems occurred, such as discovering that there was a “Caution” against the property of which we were completely unaware. They worked very quickly in clearing this up & I was impressed to discover they didn’t charge me any more for this unforeseen circumstance. Buying & selling houses really is a minefield & you need a good lawyer to fight your corner. I would not recommend tackling it alone, on the internet, as many of these modern websites suggest!

I have used Carol and Kim at the Kettering branch for over a decade and they deal with all of my "property" transactions. I would not dream of using any other conveyancer. Carol never lets me down and I completely trust her.

Mohamed was incredibly rude on the phone, stating that he was wasting his time (on a 5 minute call) without even listening to the case we were presenting or answering any question. He also implied we didn't have enough money to pursue a case. Unprofessional and rude, don't contact them if you need any help.

Borneo Hughes Martell had been a well-known name in Northampton since the early 1970s although its history as a Bedford based law firm can be traced as far back as 1869. Since 1982 it had based its practice in offices that had formerly been the science block of Notre Dame Convent School in the town centre. The firm Turner Coulston was formed in 1993 when local solicitors Keith Turner & Ashton merged with Leo Coulston & Co and continued business from the Billing Road offices that Leo Coulston & Co had occupied for many years. In 1996, the firm acquired the legal practice of Clark & Co in Kettering and then incorporated Hodson Margetts, solicitors in Raunds in 2004. Today, the 9 partner firm of Borneo Martell Turner Coulston and its total staff of around 50 people across its offices in Northampton and Kettering offers a comprehensive legal service to both commercial and individual clients. We have a strong team of lawyers and support staff enabling us to offer our clients expert advice in a broader range of areas.
