Gas line easement agreements
MFG were recommended to me, by a company who uses them for conveyancing etc., to do the lease and easement agreements relating to the installation of a main gas pipeline. MGF's staff were very professional, helpful and approachable. The standard agreement, normally issued by NG's solicitors, had to be further negotiated to incorporate specific site requirements. Despite the extra time required for the additional negotiations the work was kept within the budget allowed by NG under the Heads of Terms agreement.

Efficiently-handled Gift Transfer
This is the second case Tom has handled for us, via mfg Solicitors in Worcester. Both cases have been marked out by Tom's professionalism, approachability, diligence and speed. The last of these, in particular, we have found to be quite a rare attribute in the professional world.
