Neil Brown was extremely empathetic to my situation that I found myself in. Neil guided me through the process and explained how he could help. He was always concerned to how the situation was making me feel which elevated the stress and reassured me that it was in hand. Jane Harrington stepped in when Neil was on annual leave and she also took great care of me and did some important work. The two of them were always available and keep me fully informed at all times. The file is now closed and we got a good outcome after a long 6 months. In fact, everyone at Backhouse Solicitors have been fantastic. Billed as the work dictated, no hidden costs. Everything fuly explained in the billing nvoices. When you have to deal with major issues in your life you need to know that the people/company you choose will have your best interests at the forefront of the matter in hand. I never felt at any point that the team did not. Neil worked tirelessly on my behalf. Trust is everythin and I trusted him completely.
