Daniel specialises in residential and commercial conveyancing, including the acquisition of development sites, development finance, overage agreements, option agreements and new home plot sales. He acts for developers, landlords, entrepreneurs, private clients and investors, many of whom are from overseas. Daniel has a wealth of experience in all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing as well as lease extensions, enfranchisement and property finance. Recent transactions have involved the acquisition of six residential houses via option agreements and conditional contracts to create a site being developed into 67 self-contained residential flats, the acquisition of a site on the bank of the Thames being developed into eight riverside homes, and the refinance of a property portfolio with a value in excess of £50m. Daniel graduated from the University of Hertfordshire in 1997 before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course. He qualified as a solicitor in 2007 after training with a central London firm in the litigation, property and commercial departments, where he became a partner in 2013.
