I appreciated the fact that the office was in my locality so I could deliver documents by hand or visit the office easily. Staff (both legal and admin) were friendly and welcoming - which is not always the case with law firms in my experience.

Looking back, we see a picture of our needs being well met. We were especially pleased with the kindness and support we received at all times. We were not always prompt or reliable in our responses, because of periodic health complications of some significance. We were, however, always shown tolerance and sympathy, and our legal needs were well met. Thank you for your flexibility e.g. helping with my disability and hesitation when we last visited.
