Deceased Estate
My father had been a client of Guy Williams as it was originally for about 50 years and after he passed away I asked them to deal with the business of the estate. Throughout the whole process they have been professional, helpful and easy to deal with. They also dealt with the sale of my father's property. I couldn't have asked for a better service and I would recommend them to anyone.

Professional and efficient
The firm dealt with the probate of my late mother's estate with efficiency and sensitivity. I dealt with 3 different solicitors due to leaving and maternity leave, but the process moved seamlessly. I have dealt with the firm several times and my experience has been similar each time

Dealing with a difficult estate
We had a relatives estate to deal with and it was quite large . But there was no will and
6 people to deal with and unravel the very complex paperwork for all of the monies held .in investments and bank accounts. It was dealt with by Georgina Roberts very professionally and we were very happy with the outcome as gwl specialise in the type of work . I can highly recommend them we had no problems or issues and was completed in good time even with dealing with hmrc who were less than helpful in a lot of ways .

Brilliant
Georgina dealt with mine and most of my family's business and was brilliant and I am sorry she has moved but would probably still use GWL in the future.

Excellent Professional Sevice
Georgina's advice and support made the process of processing my Aunt's Estate much easier and less stressful. I live quite a distance from The Wirral but communcation was excellent . Many thanks .

Excellent service
We used Georgina Roberts at Guy Williams Layton to deal with the estate of our father following his death in April 2019. We were really pleased with the service we received. The matter was dealt with in a thorough and efficient manner. In all of her dealings with us, Georgina was sensitive and sympathetic - always very important at such a difficult time for the family.
