I cannot thank enough FMGH team especially Ms. Debra rose, who’s been phenomenal with her support and help in my purchase. She has a lot of patience and dealt with all my queries, freeholder, and seller’s queries efficiently. She even helped the seller’s solicitors with Tribunal application for freeholder and was impeccable in picking up the nuisance presented to us in lease extension. She is very diligent and gives a fair advice. My purchase was dragged for one year because of so many moving parts and the freeholder’s surveyor has not been very cooperative. She also advised me to get a letter of no breach from the other party to resolve the balcony issue. I have seen Debra playing devil’s advocate and just to protect their client’s best interest in the worst-case scenario, to be completely belts and braces! Fees wise, they have been more than fair! I had to in fact ask them to charge me more because of the work involved. Debra is very ethical, she charged me a fair fee. Having worked in Real estate and with solicitors over 12 years, I can say Debra Rose professional advice and interpersonal skills are commendable. She is a credit to FMGH.
