My husband and I recently needed private client advice regarding my late father's will, which was not a high value estate. We were recommended to visit solicitors Foskett Marr Gadsby and Head in Epping. We dealt with Chantal Percival , who was wonderful at understanding exactly what we needed in solving the problems that we had around the probate, she made us feel at ease and was attentive and efficient, at what was a very sad time for us.

I cannot thank enough FMGH team especially Ms. Debra rose, who’s been phenomenal with her support and help in my purchase. She has a lot of patience and dealt with all my queries, freeholder, and seller’s queries efficiently. She even helped the seller’s solicitors with Tribunal application for freeholder and was impeccable in picking up the nuisance presented to us in lease extension.

She is very diligent and gives a fair advice. My purchase was dragged for one year because of so many moving parts and the freeholder’s surveyor has not been very cooperative.

She also advised me to get a letter of no breach from the other party to resolve the balcony issue. I have seen Debra playing devil’s advocate and just to protect their client’s best interest in the worst-case scenario, to be completely belts and braces!

Fees wise, they have been more than fair! I had to in fact ask them to charge me more because of the work involved. Debra is very ethical, she charged me a fair fee. Having worked in Real estate and with solicitors over 12 years, I can say Debra Rose professional advice and interpersonal skills are commendable. She is a credit to FMGH.

I have recently used the company for a long drawn out transaction. the service I Received was absolutely first class. I was kept well informed at all stages and has great personal contact at all times. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They are large enough to punch well above their weight, and yet small enough to care about you as an individual.

I wasn't passed around from one to the other, but kept the same person as my contact throughout a year long process. This is a serious Law firm.

Bob and Grace were both great during what was a very difficult transaction involving one of the worst solicitors I have ever encountered. Although our initial purchase fell through Bob managed to get everything done for our second attempt under huge time pressure and before the stamp duty holiday.

Always very friendly and approachable by phone and email, I would recommend Foskett but absolutely have no intention of moving again soon!

The sale of our property was not the most simple of tasks being a grade II listed cottage but being in the very capable hands of Dorothy Purday filled you with confidence that things would be done.

Other legal professionals within the process were making a complete mess of things whilst Dorothy went above and beyond the scope of her role to fix the errors that others were making and supported us throughout. Nothing was ever much bother for Dorothy as she chased up people and had the process moving in a forward direction when others were just standing still.

Dorothy is exceptional and is definitely the best we have come across when it comes to knowledge and experience and I doubt the process would have gone as successfully as it did without Dorothy in our corner. Special mention to Laura for drafting up an excellent overage agreement that had all bases covered and to Kayley who sorted out the financial elements of the process.

We will always be using Dorothy for any house purchase or sale in the future as to us there is nobody better placed so thank you Dorothy for what was a tough sale but thanks to you it was made all the more easier. Ian & Ivana

Tara was extremely clear, helpful, and approachable in my property purchase. She updated me throughout the process and was a pleasure to work with. However, this is not the only reason why I am recommending Tara. Tara was EXCEPTIONAL in taking ownership of my complex transaction. She handled all unexpected events, last minute changes and new sudden documentation with utmost professionalism and calmness.
