Fraudulent Misrepresentation Case - Jason Borg

I started working with Jason Borg on my case from 2019 until today. He took over my case after it had finished with appeal and was sent back to the county court for its completion. My case was a complex case by this time, being through two hearings and an appeal. Jason was able to quickly assess my position and make the necessary steps to progress. Jason has been a very good solicitor and strong advocate on my case. Jason is a easy to understand and talk to solicitor, he has great strength in understanding you and working with you to ensure your needs are front and center. Jason made things much easier for me the last years of this difficult case and I owe him much gratitude in believing in me and my case. I would recommend Jason for your case; he is a very good listener and has a strong understanding of the law in cases like mine.

MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE CLAIM-JASON BORG

Mr Borg, from the first contact to the last, has been nothing but steadfast, knowledgeable, dedicated and very kind while dealing with my Medical Negligence claim for my late husband. I feel he tried his utmost to look into and move forward with the claim and always kept me in the loop with updates, advice and was courteous at all times. We were unable to pursue the claim through no faults on the part of Mr Borg but I would thoroughly recommend him in dealing with can be a very distressing process.
