Excellent Law Firm and Specialist Solicitors
I had dreaded making contact with my ex-partner to resolve a financial consent order - something that should have been concluded at the time of the original divorce some 13 years ago. I had an introduction with Gweni and she was able to clearly explain the need for me to get this arranged. She was able to help with my fears and doubts and provided considered legal opinion on what my rights and the rights of my ex-partner were. She allowed the doubt to turn to hope and this has resulted in me obtaining an agreed financial consent order after all this time. Thank you.

Divorce, children matters and an occupational order.
This has been the most stressful, difficult time of my life and I have really relied heavily on the honest, supportive advice I have received from the solicitors who were based in the Cardiff, Geldards office. They have helped me to finally ensure that my children and I can live peacefully in our own home without experiencing my ex husband's controlling behaviour constantly. The financial part of my divorce isn't settled yet but my life has already improved immensely when an occupational order was achieved. Whenever I needed advice or emailed I received a reply almost immediately and always provided with lots of different options of how to deal with the issue.
