During what was without doubt the most difficult time of my life Gweni and her team provided a first class service in every aspect. Her knowledge, professionalism, advice and tenacity to stand up to the other sides demands was exemplary. At every step, Gweni was clear in her communication, strong willed but also empathetic when the stress of the process was a lot to deal with. Fate led me to Gweni in HCRLaw and I am so grateful that I had Gweni supporting and guiding me through the complex legal systems. When a court order was placed on myself and the children, it syddenly felt like a scary situation. I had dreaded making contact with my ex-partner to resolve a financial consent order - something that should have been concluded at the time of the original divorce some 13 years ago. I had an introduction with Gweni and she was able to clearly explain the need for me to get this arranged. She was able to help with my fears and doubts and provided considered legal opinion on what my rights and the rights of my ex-partner were.
