I am writing to you both to express my gratitude for all your help during my claim - we really couldn't have don’t it with out you! You really went the extra mile and pulled out all the stops to make sure everything ran as quickly and smoothly as possible. Though you probably don't realise it, you have played quite a big part in my long-term recovery from the accident; through the process of the claimI have met some incredible proffessionals who have offered me fantastic advice, and told me things i didn't know about my accident which have helped me piece together a rough picture of what actually happened. It is becuase of this that I am able to feel a certian level of closure in that part of my life - and finally move on to greater things! I couldn't be happier with the putcome, and I am beyond gretaful for the work you have done for me. Now I can go off to university to study paramedicine and carry on with my life! You are worth your weight in gold.
One cannot express the shock and slight nausea feeling in the pit of my stomach at the amount of money in my account, I feel sure Natwest bank are in shock to that my bank account looks well…...healthy!!! It has been a very emotional journey that I never thought i would experience but fortunatley for me I had my family for support and of course yourself, whom I cannot thank you enough for everything you've done to enable me to pay that kindess back to those who helped me throughout the last 5 1/2 years. I cannot wait to give everybody money that I feel deserve & that makes my heart smile, I'm excited to see their faces when they find out and whilst I've gone through the pain and updset etc. this just makes it all more tolerable for what I have lost in my wrist. I will be getting a new car to make my life more comfortable with driving the rest put away for any future things I may need. All this was not possible with out your help, kindness and understanding and total professionalism in getting me the best possible result and no words can ever begin to show my gatitude for that. Make sure you get ht holiday you deserve after putting in such long and mind boggling hours of endless paperwork phone calls and appearances in court. You are worth your weight in gold.
