Typo in my original review

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Helen to anyone who needs to pursue a case for clinical negligence. It wasn't easy and it took a while but in the end we won.

Excellent in every way.

I met Helen at the worst time in my life, she guided me through the process with kindness and support. Her knowledge of her subject is unmatched, she did everything in an efficient and timely manner explaining everything to me in plain English as we went along. She was super responsive to contact and I always felt like an important and valued client. I would hesitate to recommend her to anyone who needs to pursue a case for clinical negligence. It wasn't easy and it took a while but in the end we won.

Clinical Negligence

From first meeting Helen in October 2023 she put both myself & husband at ease. She explained the procedures and how long the claim could take to a settlement which we thought could be at least 2 years. She told me not to think too far ahead and take things a day at a time and try not to get stressed about it as that was what she was there for and that I could contact her at anytime. She kept us informed regularly. I couldn’t believe that in February this year the claim settled, she said it was the quickest claim she had dealt with. So I would just like to thank Helen for everything.

Excellent all around team

Medical negligence claim I was truly, forever grateful to all of the legal team and subsequent Medical experts that supported my claim. It was proven that the initial treatment and advice was woefully inaccurate and inappropriate that caused immense physical and life long injury with the likely prospect of surgery in the future Hay and Kilner have fought for compensation although I am left with a lifetime of pain but this is some form of retribution against inadequate diagnosis.
