Claire was excellent

This was not the most straight forward of divorces due to lack of engagement from the opposite side. Claire acted quickly on my behalf with diplomacy and integrity. I would recommend Claire to anyone seeking a financial remedy in court. Danielle took over the family side towards the end after a couple of changes within Sinclair's, she was efficient and ensured matters were concluded at the earliest opportunity Lucy managed unforseen changes regarding solicitors with great efficiency and ensured the process was smooth

Divorce & Settlement 2026

Claire, Lucy, Louise and the rest of the team were incredible during the entire process of arguably the most painful - certainly the most protracted - period of my life. They represented me throughout my divorce and settlement proceedings and could not have been more helpful - demystifying an alien environment of forms and processes with care, guidance and patience. But beyond the practicalities of their ongoing advice and timely efficiency, their empathy and understanding was crucial at a time where I consistently felt listened to, rather than just heard. Naturally, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and Sinclair Law as a firm to choose - and trust.
