We used Roo and TV Edwards when buying our first home in July 2023. As first time buyers we weren't familiar with the process, but Roo did an amazing job guiding us through each step and keeping us informed the whole way. She took the time to explain the report and answer any questions we had across the different documents - nothing was too much. Great House Buying Experience
Roo at TV Edwards was recommended to us by our Mortgage Advisor who had personally worked with her. After an intro call we felt Roo would be the best solicitor to help us in buying our first home. We definitely made the right decision!
Roo was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. She helped us understand the details of buying our first home, and we took great confidence in her attention to detail. She was also very communicative throughout the process.

General Experience with TV Edwards LLP
I have been using the firm for more than 8 years.
I had a divorce case that was successfully handled and brilliantly by the firm's Solicitors right from the start to end.

Awkward Purchaser - Helpful Guidance
Had an awkward seller that kept changing things at the last minute to get price reductions. Roo was calm, supportive and gave some sound general guidance. Sale completed and no price reduction. Not the cheapest and not the most expensive (by a long way). Good value, available with prompt, comprehensive and unambiguous communications.

Great, professional experience!
We used TV Edwards and Roo when buying our house. The experience we had was extremely positive. The service was very professional - our queries were addressed in a timely manner, all of the documentation was provided to us without delay and explained well. Roo was very knowledgeable and personable - provided advice where necessary and was kind and helpful during a stressful time for us. Thoroughly recommended!

Couldn’t have asked for a better solicitor
Roo helped me buy my first property and was so great to work with. I had so many questions as a first time buyer and Roo was super patient with me and always took the time to help and explain. We had a few complications with missing documents from the previous owner and Roo really worked hard to research and fix this for us which I know must have taken a lot of time and negotiation. Overall i am so grateful for Roo as I really would have been lost without her! Rest assured you can trust her to look after the biggest purchase you may ever make!

Best solicitor
Roo Withana is the best solicitor I have ever worked with. From our first meeting, she explained everything to me in terms I could easily understand and was always very responsive when I had questions outside of our meetings.
If anyone is looking for a knowledgeable solicitor, then go to Roo.

Excellent service from Roo
Roo provided an excellent conveyancing service on our recent house move, especially given our unique circumstances.
She was readily available on email, explained the complexities of being bought out of my old property and was on hand to support with a tricky plot issue in our onward chain. She was always honest with timescales and set clear expectations, which was very helpful.
