Probate/ Letters of Administration
Probate advice at the time of Covid-19 was not easiest of times to be in, especially when I was dealing with the whole ordeal from abroad. This account account of my experience relates specifically to my Solicitor Patrice Lawrence. Although it took me a while to develop this sense of personal rapport with her, I feel she puts in a good dose of value added service in her professional work. As I run my own professional I am quite surprised that she is not rated as 5 stars as I think she should be. I hope my short account will raise her rating. You will also appreciate the strength of my recommendation as my probate dealings was over a period of more than 2 years. In the final analysis her human touch shone through.

Completing removal from Land registry
This was requested when my Sister passed away 2018, but was not completed.

Probate & Wills
Used services at a time of great stress following death of mum. From first call to offices the service and information was excellent. Every went as explained with continued support through out. Following completion of probate proceed to make my own will again information, service and speed is amazing. Response times to emails immediate. I will be using again for sale of property. Would and have recommened to others who have been equally as impressed. Thank you to all Reception team, finance team and in my case Patrice absolutley amazing.
