I needed help applying for a child live with order and gaining Parental responsibility for my step daughter after seperating from my husband and Beeston Shenton Solicitors were amazing. Eleanor Adams, Paul Shenton and Georgia Johnston were all absolutely fantastic and all went above and beyond to ensure that not only did I get the results I wanted but that myself and daughter were happy and ok.
I originally contacted Paul for help with my case and after listening and gaining all the information he needed he passed me onto Eleanor. Paul was very professional and compassionate and made me feel totally at ease whilst discussing a hard and emotional situation.
Things did'nt run smoothly on the day of the court hearing due to the other parties but Eleanor was amazing and dealt with the situation professionally and compassionately whilst keeping everyone calm and she made sure that I was alright throughout.
Georgia was fantastic with keeping me updated and arranging meetings, she was both friendly and professional at all times.
I cant thank the team at Beeston Shenton enough they have helped me through such a hard time with such professionalism and support. 100% recommend !

Divorce and Financial matters
All I can say is my case has taken longer than usual to be finalised through no fault of the solicitors but if it wasnt for Paul and Natalie I would have given up a long time ago and they have both helped me through this but at long as we have come to the end and I have got the result which both Paul and Natalie pushed for

Divorce / financial proceedings
Paul , Natalie and Eleanor were brilliant from the off. My situation was definitely not straight forward but the team were on hand to get me through a sticky situation. Paul in particular was always straight with me and told me things I needed to hear not what I wanted to hear and in situations like this you have to look at the reality. They really are lovely people and I always felt they were easy to work with. On the whole I would have liked to have got a little more than I got in the end but at the end of the day it was enough for me to start again but this was no bearing on the work that Paul , Natalie and Eleanor did. Very professional , very knowledgable and I would definitely recommend.
Special mention to Natalie who is the paralegal. Natalie was brilliant with me , always emailed me out of hours , always popped in to say hello when I had a court meeting and always keeping me updated.
Also as well as I know this is always on people’s minds … Beeston shenton we’re really good with me in terms of payments. There were times where i was struggling to keep up with costs but I was able to set up a payment plan and in my circumstances where I couldn’t keep up with the fees but also couldn’t afford to stall my divorce this was a massive help. I can’t speak highly enough of their personal care.
Once again , THANK YOU ,from a newly divorced happy man

Divorce and property
I used this company for my divorce and help in buying out my ex from the family home. I can't praise the people enough, Paul Shenton was out of this world he explained everything in way I understood and reassured me throughout the process. And when it came time to buy my Ex out they made the process hassle free and amazingly quick. I want to say a huge thankyou to them all

My divorce

Excellent professional and personal service
Beeston Shenton have helped me through a very difficult divorce. Through this time they have had excellent communication, quick to respond to my questions and were professional. I wouldn't of got through this time without them.

Fantastic
I went to Beeston Shenton because my marriage broke down and I needed to get divorce. I was feeling all kinds of emotions but Beeston Shenton helped me and made me feel that I done nothing wrong and made me feel at ease They where fantastic from start to finish. I am so happy with my life for me and my 2 girls. Thank you.
