Very Professional, advice second to none, always approachable and have always been able to speak to Paul, Natalie or Olivia. Natalie and Olivia work alongside Paul and are aware of your case and the ladies were spot on, so I knew when I spoke to either on the phone I would get the answers I needed or my message would be passed on and dealt with accordingly. I started my process not in the best place. I am about to leave it feeling a whole different person. I have been completely looked after every step of the way and although you have your own journey it helps when you feel confident about your Solicitors. I needed help applying for a child live with order and gaining Parental responsibility for my step daughter after seperating from my husband and Beeston Shenton Solicitors were amazing. Eleanor Adams, Paul Shenton and Georgia Johnston were all absolutely fantastic and all went above and beyond to ensure that not only did I get the results I wanted but that myself and daughter were happy and ok. I originally contacted Paul for help with my case and after listening and gaining all the information he needed he passed me onto Eleanor. Paul was very professional and compassionate and made me feel totally at ease whilst discussing a hard and emotional situation. Things did'nt run smoothly on the day of the court hearing due to the other parties but Eleanor was amazing and dealt with the situation professionally and compassionately whilst keeping everyone calm and she made sure that I was alright throughout. Georgia was fantastic with keeping me updated and arranging meetings, she was both friendly and professional at all times. I cant thank the team at Beeston Shenton enough they have helped me through such a hard time with such professionalism and support. 100% recommend !
