Mitch transitioned to work within the firms Private Client Team recently, assisting clients in relation to their personal affairs, including assistance with Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Estate Administration. He has previously worked within the Tax and Succession Planning Division, acting for clients with estates, usually including business and agricultural property. He further assisted with trust formation and ongoing trust administration. Before moving into the firm’s Tax and Succession Planning Division in July 2025, Mitch assisted within the firm’s Private Client Trust Department as a Legal Assistant, dealing with General Administration of the firm’s asset protection, life interests and discretionary trusts. He specifically dealt with the Termination of Trusts alongside completing Trust/Estate Registrations with HM Revenue & Customs.

Persistent and not patronising!

The matters concerning several Trusts were rather involved, with a lot of crossover names. It was easy to get muddled or inaccurate on addresses etc. At no point was I made to feel patronised as it all got sorted and set up for the future. I will stay with mfg Solicitors.
