I used Wallace Quinn to handle the legal conveyancing on my late mother's house, mainly because they had handled the preceeding sale and purchase transactions before. Their quotation was competitive and although we were allocated a trainee solicitor, young Florence did a good job piloting the transaction through to settlement. I will use them for my next sale and purchase and will also be using their Wills and Power of Attorney service.
