Chloe P at Stephensons appealed an Ofsted decision to refuse registration. She supported us in the meeting with Ofsted and intervened during crucial points. There were times during the appeals process when we were ready to give up but she encouraged us and gave legal advise on the pros and cons of the decisions we wanted to take. We stuck with her advice and after presenting all the needed evidence Ofsted accepted the appeal and issued the registration, and it was just as Chloe told us at the beginning ie. she expected the appeal to be resolved at the representations stage and without it going to a tribunal hearing. I can not recommend Chloe P enough.

I approached Chloe at Stephenson's for advice about a potential NOI being issued to me by Ofsted. She gave rapid responses, accompanying me to a formal Interview, at very short notice, with two Compliance Officers, which made the situation far less daunting. Chloe's candour about the issues faced and her integrity throughout my ordeal meant that I was never under any misconception of the task that lay ahead. Ofsted did indeed issue me with an NOI and Chloe expertly assisted me in preparing my Representations. A positive result was achieved and my Representations were upheld by Ofsted. I cannot thank Chloe enough for her hard work and expert knowledge and guidance, and would highly recommend her services without hesitation.
