Chloe is a Senior Associate Solicitor within the Regulatory team at Stephensons Solicitors LLP specialising in education, health and social care regulation, and professional discipline. Chloe represents registered providers and managers in relation to proceedings before the Care Quality Commission (CQC), Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills (Ofsted), and Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW). In particular, she provides advice on compliance, challenging inspections, criminal investigations and prosecutions, enforcement action, and appeals before the first-tier tribunal (Care Standards Chamber). Chloe also represents and advises a wide range of professionals across a number of sectors before their professional regulators. She advises professionals facing fitness to practise proceedings, from the initial referral and investigation stages, through to final fitness to practise panel hearings and sanction review hearings. She also assists with registration proceedings and appeals. Chloe has advised professionals with cases before the General Medical Council, General Dental Council, Nursing and Midwifery Council, Health and Care Professions Council, General Pharmaceutical Council, Social Work England, British Acupuncture Council, and the Teaching Regulation Agency. Chloe is a member of the Association of Regulatory & Disciplinary Lawyers (ARDL) and has been recognised in the 2022 and 2023 edition of the Legal 500.
