Estate manangement
I was initially exceedingly disappointed in the way my late mother’s estate was being administered. My late father’s estate was administered by Gepp and it was dealt with professionally and effiently. but on this occasion they fell short of their prior expertise. My expectation was that Danny Carter , as before, would deal with the estate but it was handed to a trainee. After several mistakes were made I sent in a complaint and the estate was then administered by Julie Flight, with whom I have no issues. She has been very professional and efficient. I would, however , have reservations about using Gepp again. Their fees are expensive and accordingly I would expect excellent service. Initially it was not forthcoming.
