I am a divorce and family solicitor with experience in all areas of family law, with an emphasis on high net worth financial remedy proceedings on divorce, often with an international element. I have a varied client base with backgrounds in finance, family businesses, the arts and landed estates. I have experience in sensitive private children law matters which often involve disputes regarding the arrangements for the children upon their parents’ separation, applications by one parent to relocate elsewhere in the UK or abroad or specific issues regarding schooling or a change of name. My practice also involves the preparation and negotiation of pre- and post-nuptial agreements in order to seek to protect certain assets in the event of a divorce. As a member of Resolution I am committed to constructive approaches when dealing with family law matters.
