James tenaciously achieved a satisfactory compensation payment to us through resolving a boundary dispute that had given rise to trespass and the destruction of trees and vegetation on our land. He and a specialist boundary surveyor produced all documentation needed for James to satisfactorily conclude matters for us with our neighbour and lodge appropriate boundary clarification paperwork with the Land Registry.

Unlike the other law firms I approached regarding a problematic situation with a tenant which could have resulted in court proceedings, Claire Speed offered us an initial telephone conversation to discuss the situation which we found very helpful. Aside from being generous with her time (which we were not charged for), Claire was clearly very knowledgeable about this area and clear in her communication of it which helped us to gain a much better sense of the process. She also came across as compassionate and understanding not only only of our position but also the tenants'. If ever we need legal advice again in the future we will not hesitate to contact her first.
