Thorough and timely service
Following the dismal performance of my bank's appointed solicitors Hedges stepped up to the plate at the last minute and did a brilliant job getting it over the line in record time. I was kept up to date at all times and very much appreciated the pro-active communication.

Transfer a property
We had a property needed transfer to a benefcior. It was complicated. Uzma Archer was calm and very professional dealt with much tolerance. I am grateful to her and her colleague Tina Pettinger.

Very pleased
We were very impressed by Uzma's efficiency and persistence. It was quite a frustrating transaction at times and we were glad to know she was on our side! She was always very quick to respond to our questions and keep things moving.

buying a buy to let flat
I found the whole experience quite lengthy and more involved than I first thought. However Uzma and I plodded on through and I was able to understand the Purchase Report which was quite lengthy by going through it page by page as needed together so any questions I had could be answered. I felt the report was written well in clear English which was very helpful

Great service
Uzma took over what was a protracted lease extension and sale. She did an excellent job. She was proactive in chasing up on things and very prompt and responsive to my (many) questions. She also provided me with regular updates so that I was aware of where the matter stood. She dealt with the unexpected issues which arose effectively and with patience.
